I find it very hard to believe that your site has 100 daily visitors. It's clearly under construction, and there's no reason to drive traffic there. The first phrase on the site is written wrong, the text is just bad, and there's lorem ipsum in the footer.

Are you just using thread such as this to lure people there in the hope that they click the banners?

Your site is junk so it doesn't matter, traffic will bail.

I'd say a lot of your daily visitors are people from here going to your site to check it out after they see your question is about how to make money but your signature seems to indicate that you make enough already. And I promise you that I have no interest in what you are selling and would never be your customer because I don't have the need for it. So knock at least one off your daily visitor stats.
