Can someone explain to me why my websites are ranking really high on Google but not on Bing and Yahoo ?

    Because they are two different search engines with two different algorithms. Ranking well in one does not guarantee ranking in the other.

    Completely different ranking factors. Have you even indexed them on Yahoo/Bing? Many people don't and expect them to rank still.

    Straight answer is they don't use same search algorithm. And like Woomeister mentioned, these search engines have different priorities for ranking factors. And hence you see different results.

    Well Google and Bing/Yahoo have totally different ranking factors. Do you submit your website in Bing Webmasters? If not submit your site and determine your ranked search queries and execute your back links plan accordingly.

    Because these search engine uses different algorithm for ranking pages .If you want rank in these search engine like yahoo & bing then you must follow the guidelines of both the search engine implement seo according to these.
