How to see bad back link using majestic.com???

Hello everyone!
I am using majestic.com
I created .csv advanced report. Using that report I need to know what back links are bad for my website. The stats looks as follow:
SourceCitationFlow|TargetCitationFlow|TargetTrustFlo
#1 url...........16...... |.......10.................. |..19
#2 url...........26...... |.......26.................. |..28
#3 url...........28...... |.......26 ................. |..28
#4 url............0....... |.......26 ...................|..28

I always thought if SourceCitationFlow number is bigger than TargetCitationFlow, that back link is bad for my site and i have to remove.

Am I correct? And if not maybe you can help me to understand how to locate bad back link using free majestic.com

    *Link relevancy of your niche
    *A measure (rank) of the link’s trust & authority
    *Link Type(nofollow/Dofollow)
    *The anchor text used
    *The Percentage of Anchor text
    *Link locations(sitewide,footer links)

    I have easy way.
    Go to spam score in moz tools, and you can know if the site spam or not, if spam, disallow links.
