Is there any tool by which I can see the data of competitor city wise?

As I can filter the traffic by geographical way like country then city in Google Analytic. I need the same data of competitor. Like I need the traffic of competitor the city wise not country wise. So, Can we track this type of data? Is there any tool? please help me. for an example- I want to know the traffic of Arizona city in US Country.

    Of course not. Why would your competitor share that kind of data with you?

    You can take a look at the publicly available guestimates such as Alexa or Compete.com, but they can be wildly inaccurate.
