First of all Google PR is dead now last update of Google PR was rolled out in October 2013. If you still wants to increase your page rank then make dofollow High pr back links because do-follow backlinks are passing link juice to your web page and it helps to increase page rank.

Warrior Forum provides no-follow backlinks in signature. Web 2.0 website are provides do-follow backlinks. Try to make backlinks form web 2.0 website.

Google's publicly visible "toolbar" PageRank was last updated in late 2013. However, that doesn't mean that PageRank is dead. It's in the core of Google's algorithm to the best of our knowledge, and probably updated constantly, but they're just not willing to show the score to you.

The way you phrase it makes it sound like you shouldn't focus dofollow backlinks in an intense pace at all. As long as they're relevant and within reason Google wont suspicious a thing, to the best of my knowledge, because Google can't know the circumstances behind the (for argument's sake) sudden influx of dofollow links.

This is just a bunch of BS. If you've got a bunch of really relevant "followed" backlinks why would that hurt your site?

You do not need to be afraid of nofollow links, but there's no need to gather them either.

You need only Do-follow backlinks ? SEO is all about do-follow and no-follow links, try to build link types of both combinations and it will lead you to good results. Though there is no value to no-follow links, it will help you drive traffic to your website.

Google will like everyone to place a nofollow link on anything that's meant as an ad or to get someone's web page to move higher in the SERP's.

Most people outside SEO, IM niches don't bother with do and nofollow. If they like something enough to link to it, they link to it by just making a link, not by making a nofollow link.

Hence, if you have nofollow links you're more likely to be suspected of something than if you do not.

1 - You can create backlinks on your forum signatures, but seeing as those links are no follow and that there's no way people will click on them, you're better investing your efforts someplace else.

2 - Since the answer to the question at #1 is a no, try writing quality content in blog platforms and insert links in your write ups. Just be sure you're doing so in a "non-spammy" manner

1) Write a quality article on a topic that is of interest to your visitors, then submit it to article directories.
2) Convert the same article to slides and submit to slide-share and similar sites.
3) Share it on social media

There are many other ways to promote it...but this is good for starters.
