For those who prefer to use 301 redirect and 302 redirect to increase their backlinks there is

no any limits of doing redirects especially to 301 redirects where many people afraid to do

    Redirects don't generally "increase backlinks". They're a way to not lose a backlink.

    I don't think I've ever heard anyone fretting about wether they've got too many individual redirects. That's just Cutts' segue, and another one of your non-lessons that stem from your extremely poor understanding of SEO.

    The "hop" thing from the video (that you didn't even touch) is sort of a legit question, but really only comes up if your CMS or some other system is doing something that you didn't expect. If you're doing redirects by hand there's simply no reason to have those extra "hops".
