How to Get Good Google Search Ranking?

Dear Friends,

I have the following two blogs. One of them is little bit new and other one old (more than a year). I want to get good rank of these blogs in Google especially.
  1. Education Board Results: Rank with Keyword: HSC Result 2015
  2. Infozone24 : Rank with Keyword: Top 10
Now, suggest me how can I do that. Somebody tells me to make more dofollow high PR backlinks for these blogs. Is it enough only? or, can any body suggest me?

With thanks

Low prices, or super-high-quality products (depending on the audience you're targeting)
    Large selection
    Friendly, responsive customer service
    Easy ordering process
Tons of information about the products you sell (answering every question a would-be shopper could have about the products)
    Customer reviews of the products
Doing something better than your competitors. After all, if you don't do anything better than your competitors, then why should you rank higher than them?

    Hi,

You should add "2015" in the Meta Title of "Education Board Results" website. That will help to rank on "HSC Result 2015" keyword

<title>Education Board Results 2015 - Find All Education Board Results Here</title>

And also you should consider to create more quality backlinks from web pages that attract good volumes of traffic and where the content of those pages closely relate to your site. And always try to do a balance mix do-follow and no-follow links with generic anchors.

Frequent update a best piece of content on the web for your target Audience. And then start engaging your target audience directly with a content promotion in Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.

You know Google has fundamentally changed how it ranks websites over the past year and you need to evolve with that. We are going to see social signals play a much stronger role over the coming years and, while backlinks are still very important, I wouldn’t be surprised to see less and less reliance on them in rankings over time. So it is important that you create a diverse mix of social signals and backlinks which will help you to rank on these keywords.

    SEO includes as:
    - onsite optimization
    - offsite optimization
Onsite optimization you need to check and modify your site. Tags, content, keywords.
Offsite optimization - backlinks, and other stuff.

Not by spamming your keywords as anchor texts on forums for one.

In my opinion you should forget about "top 10". It's such a vague phrase that can refer to anything, and I'm pretty sure the rankings for that keyword are fairly random authority sites that happen to post a lot of "top 10s". Or something.

I can't be arsed to check the competition on "HSC Result 2015", but I suspect that the government site you're linking to is the top result. Probably several legitimate education sites are also ranking. Seems fairly hard too.

The education site is a mess. Poor info on checking the results, bad layout, ad banners everywhere. And the other site doesn't even work. It just shows an ad banner.

These sites should not rank high.

    What's your excuse?

Write few quality post related to these topics and build backlinks to the post. It's totally depends on the how competitive keywords are, and the niche.

Getting a good search ranking is going to take some time and effort from you. In an ideal world, you will be able to just put in the information and have it all work out nicely for you, but in the real world, you are going to have millions of other sites doing the same each and every day, and this can make it impossible to get out from the crowd. If you are looking to get set out from the crowd, I would try these simple steps to get it done. These are particular to Google ranking since this is one of the most popular options and what you asked for, but I would assume it would work for other sites as well.

Pool the votes—one thing that a lot of businesses are not going to think about is that http://yourwebsite.com and www.yourwebsite.com are actually going to come up on Google as different pages. This means that the results you are getting to your website can be split in two at some points, making it more diluted and ranking you less. For example, if you have 1000 votes, but it is split up between the two, Google might just see one as having 700 and the other as 300, and someone who has all 1000 to the same site will rank higher than you. A simple solution for this is to let Google know that you want the counts from both sites to be added together.

Work with other businesses. If there are some other businesses in your area or who are linked closely to you, try to make a system that is going to benefit the both of you. You could consider putting some testimonials about them on your site if they will do the same. You can then share some of the same customers and get your links higher up.

Use the right keywords. You probably know that getting the right keywords is going to make a difference about whether your clients are going to be able to find you or if they are going to use a competitor to get their products. It is easy to come up with a good key word or phrase that you would like to use, as long as you take the time to think it through. Just writing down dogs for a pet store is going to keep a lot of people away. You could have cats, pets, and so much more in there as well and pick up more customers along the way.

Do a contest—nothing can get more people to your site than promoting a contest of some sort. This is going to encourage others to get over to your site, rather than the competition because they are going to be able to win something. Make sure the prize is something that others are going to want to win. A photo contest is often a good choice because it encourages people not only to post, but more customers to come in and check out the pictures that are up. All these unique visitors are going to shoot your rankings up.

Of course, make sure that you sign up to get Google analytics so that you can watch how well your ideas are working.
