ECommerce product specific site looking for help ranking

Hello everyone!
I am hoping that someone out here can actually help me with improving the rankings for my commerce website that is focused on a particular small niche product.
Basically the site has been doing pretty good with regards to ranking keywords that are highly relevant to the site. But recently for an unknown reason I have dropped out of the top 3 for a few of my keywords that I am tracking - I am still on the first page but as we all know top 3 is where the $$ is at. I have lost almost 1/3 of my visitors for the last 30 days and again I don't know why as I haven't modified anything.
I have highly relevant content and pages that are targeted at my customers and for an commerce site I have a lot of content to help my visitors; this is in comparison to my competitors who have hardly any content. Yet I am getting outranked
I am totally baffled.
I have a fairly good knowledge about SEO and people don't want to socially share my products, I have been actively trying to get my customers to leave reviews but that is tough and slow going, and having natural backlinks for this niche product is extremely hard.
Help would definitely be appreciated as I have really tried all I can and previously when I have asked SEOs about ranking commerce sites I have had no viable insights.
I have a com.au domain and a .com and I would of course love to boost the relevant visitors per month on both sites. The Australian site has always done the heavy lifting and this one has been hit with the drop for whatever reason. I would love the US site to get a lot more visitors.
I know my keywords, I have done as much on-page and inter-site linking as possible without overloading this aspect, I have tried to maximise my local search as best I can - seeing as I don't have a physical store this is not so easy.
I would be interested in hiring someone who would actually be able to help me with the sites but as the business is small my budget would be $100 per month to start. If both the sites start making more $$ as a result of the work done then of course because your work worked I would have more $ to put towards what you are doing.
Because I don't want my visitor numbers messed up by posting the domain here please message me on here with your feedback and I will happily share the domain.
