Help me to find CSS

Hi guys,
I have been trying to make my website faster and achieved some decent results so far
Although, I couldn't manage to Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
I tried to use Autoptimize plugin for WP and this tool to minify CSS: Critical Path CSS Generator - by Jonas Ohlsson
The problem is that I don't know where is all my CSS stored in my website, including CSS used by plugins?
The second issue: When I find all the places where my CSS is, what is next: Just to copy paste it to Autoptimize Inline Section? Should copy paste CSS code in some particular order?
