Hello, I am a complete newb with seo. If I search joshmobley.com, my site shows up with sitelinks. If I search Josh mobley, my site comes up without sitelinks. Very strange. How do I make it so searching my name gets sitelinks like my domain? I am using toast with Wordpress. Any help would be much appreciated.

Not strange, that is exactly how I would expect it to work.

Google only shows sitelinks when they are confident that the searcher is actually looking for a specific site.

If you search for your domain name, they show the sitelinks as the algorithm has decided that the searcher is actually looking for your site.

If you search on your name, then the algorithm is not confident that the searcher actually wants your site, but it still ranks your site first, but not confident enough the searcher looking for your site --> no sitelinks.

Google can return Sitelinks or Mega Sitelinks for keywords that have nothing to do with a domain name.

Sitelinks are based on authority & internal site structure.

It's easier to trigger Sitelinks for longtail keywords, you can test & prove this by making up a fake longtail keyword with good internal links & series page titles. Once you see how it works the only difference to trigger Sitelinks on real keywords is adding authority links to the mix.
