How to utilize $2000 for content development?

Hi All,

Just a thought that what could be the strategy to spend an allocation of $2000 per month for content development for a website from SEO point of view. Basically I want to devise a strategy & execution plan to build relevant traffic, leads & revenue.

    That will largely depend on what your site is about really. If you're an Amazon affiliate, for example, a large chunk of money might be best spent writing reviews of products and things like that. If you're an offline business, spend a lot of it on filling your site with content that will be VERY useful to your visitors while also helping you rank for geo-targeted keywords.

    Adding some content for social media as well will be helpful.

    I'd also recommend diversifying the types of content you post. Lots of written content of course, but also get some videos, info-graphics and things like that made (one or two of each per month is more than enough).

    When it comes to long term SEO success, always think FIRST what will help your actual customers. THEN think of how you can do it in a way that the search engines will like. This will prevent you from getting 'slapped' with current or future algorithm updates.
