I want to what should be the quantity for the various SEO activities in one week. Please suggest number of links I should work for following activities in one week.
1. Blog Comments
2. Social Bookmarking
3. Blog Submission
4. Classified Submissions
5. Photo Sharing

      That is kind of dumb. If you are going to be a spammer, you have to go big or go home. Churn and burn does not work a little bit at a time.

    Its not at all about link building, its about earning them, I doubt the effectiveness of the strategies like blog commenting, social bookmarking etc today. Yes, you can standout with any of these activities if done with right intention and at the right time. However, i don't think that you can do blog commenting on a regular basis and so as the other strategies. Its all about finding some outstanding strategies like outreach and building good relationships thats going to bring you links and eventually recognition.

    That sounds like a refreshing hobby. I'm not sure why you're calling it "SEO activities".

    If you really want to go to the spam route, I'd agree that the answer is somewhere between a boatload and a metric crap-ton. Don't point your spam tool to your money site.

    At the moment I focus primarly on SEO copywriting, Google Analytics, Keyword research and SEA.

    I already think this is actually too much. Better to focus down.

    Keyword research is a part of SEO and SEA. Google Analytics too..

    I think you can do all these activities on particular time. Mainly focus on the quality of links.
    You always check your backlinks with the help of MOZ or aherf. It shows your website ranking,so you can easily find out which activities are more important for a website.
