Any Vbulletin Knowledge?

I have an outdoor forum covering the state of Virginia, and vbulletin is terrible at SEO. I want the forums to be found for keywords pertaining to local lakes and rivers - such as Lake Anna Fishing Report. I have a subforum for users to post their fishing reports called Lake Anna Fishing Report.
The problem is that the subforum name doesnt appear in the URL and members arent going to help me key in the keyword I need in the title of their thread.
Anyone have a way, or a direction they can point me to accomplishing my needs? Thanks!
