have you submitted your sitemap to google webmaster, if not then submit it...

Man, I know Google is fast, but you created the sitemap today and uploaded the videos today!!! give it some time!!! it has not been crawled yet because it is not immediate!!!

submit your site to Google Webmaster tool, if still not index than use search engines submissions.

even if you get it crawled it will be quiet 'Ineffective' as you have the

create xml for your site and then submit to Google webmaster and Fetch as Google wait up to 5-7 days then see your site in SERP .

The common perception of people on this site is that the Big-G is the Internet and therefore has to be Gospel yet the Big-G as well as all the others are companies!!! The Internet was created by independent Gurus which had nothing to do with monetary gain!
