How to re-index my WordPress website all content?

Hello Everyone,
I want to re-index my WordPress website all content. First i create a manual sitemap and submit with webmaster tools. But now have a problem for default index. Manual sitemap don't add my Youst seo plugins Title and Meta description. So now i use Youst Seo plugins sitemap.

But problems here, how to re-index my all contents with Youst Seo Title & Descriptions.

    Sitemap.xml does not need that data. It's just a collection of links wrapped in XML.

    There doesn't seem any particular technical errors on your site. Google should get your descriptions just fine. However, the titles are not very good, and it's possible that Google will modify them.

    Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
    Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.
