I have checked my website with https://fruition.net/sem/ and see which google algo's has been affected. Below update names and affect ratio according to fruition.net from GWT stats.

So if i make 301 redirect to fresh website. This negative affects of google updates will reflect to new site or it'll be clean & fresh website?

    Haven't seen your site, so I have no way of telling if there's something wrong. But that seems like a handy tool to fool yourself. Weird problem names and irrelevant percentages - nice!
