Google Places optimization: what are the best services to outsource to ?

I have a dilemma I need help with:
I am using SEO Service Agents for my clients, and have had very good results with them, as well as think they deliver a great customer support. I am facing a situation where they already are servicing a client in the niche+location I need help with, so I am trying to find a reliable, experienced and performing alternative service provider for my client.

Anybody ?
