How i can make my videos in first page on youtube ?
is there any new strategie to work with adsens ( youtube videos ) ?

    Summary of what i do:
    1) Keyword Research - Long tail keyword (1-2 per video)
    2) Make at least 2:30 Mins high quality Videos (Some people use 30s)
    3) Keyword in video (keyword.mp4)
    4) Keyword in Title
    5) Link - Keyword in Descriptions
    6) Keyword and 2 related keywords in tag
    7) Share with your subscribers/ do social signals/ high quality backlinks
    8) Get more views/likes and shares & ask people to subscribe
    9) Add your video to playlist (keyword)
    10) Share on blog communities & Google + Communities
    11) Build more high quality backlinks until rank

      As regards, length of video, longer is better... but it should be in relation to the other top videos.... If they all have 4 minute videos and you go with 2.5, you're a bit behind... Not tested this, but my videos that are longer than those of my competitors do better than the ones that are shorter.

      I'd change #7 to, make sure your video gets embedded.

      I'd change #10 to build links to your profile. Linking to videos directly has helped me none. Linking to profile has helped some.

      Getting views (I bought them from Google at 2 to 5 cents a view), it still helped.

      I'd add, write long descriptions where you use your keyword and related words... don't stuff... Use Vimeo... I found it easier to rank than Google for low and mid-level....

      I mean... A video in youtube popped up on #20; same video, same everything popped up on Vimeo as #10... Without doing anything else to it, it's still 10 2.5 months later.

      In youtube, you have 2 challenges. Ranking #1 in youtube gets you some views/traffic/sales. But you could rank #1 in youtube and not be shown in Google serps... #4 or 2 or 6 shows up there.

      You rank high in youtube via views and embeds. You rank high in SERPs via backlinks to the profile, onpage optimization like a website page, and embeds. That's based on my experience... I did a/b testing of anything.

    good question .
    1st : you can keyword research : use tool keyword planner is the best other then.
    2:important thing you make video high quality 1 or 2 mint only .the audience not bore enjoy.
    3: use keyword in video .mp4 hd quality
    4:use keyword in title and attractive title
    5:use attractive thumbnail to attract your audience
    6:use keyword in description not 1 or 2 lines minimum 150 words and use link
    7:use 2 or 3 related keyword in tags.
    8:you video promote in social media .
    9:you create high quality backlink .
    10:your video until in 24 hour .

    As Google can't listen video and images , it highly depends upon text surrounding the video to understand your video's topic
    So include keywords in the description to rank you for target keywords.

    YouTube videos tend to easily come up on search results if published with well planned title, meta description and meta keywords. If keywords are competitive then you can plan something else which you can easily related indirectly with your services. All you need is to make a good plan which can work for you.

    Some things that I do are: 1) Add subtitles. Yea, its more work, but then Google knows for sure what the video is about. 2) I always make sure my Call-to-action is at least 20 seconds long at the end of the video. Why? So I can chop off 5 seconds at the end, re-upload a "NEW" video under a DIFFERENT keyword. 3) Don't know why, but Google LOVES Vimeo. My "duplicate" video will show up under my Vimeo channel before it shows up under my YouTube channel. This happens OFTEN!
