I notice when I make web2.0s and I put my URL I want to rank for in 'about' section or where u can place your website link half of them you can click on, the other half you can't.

Q: are the ones that you can't click on good for ranking? Do they help in anyway? Or is it only smart to make web2.0s where the money site url is clickable.

thank you

One of those questions... It's almost impossible to know for sure what you're trying to say.

If you can't click a link, it's probably not a link. It's pointless for SEO.

Even if you can, the link might be pointless. See if it has rel="nofollow" in the tag.

Even if the link doesn't have rel="nofollow", the page might be so weak that the link doesn't matter.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?
