I run a small website for deals.

Normally when a deal expires it disappears from the website.

I'm wondering from an SEO standpoint if it makes sense to leave the deal on the website indefinitely in the hopes that Google would crawl and perhaps index the page the deal is on..?

Also currently the URLs to the deals are random. (Example - www.mywebsite.com/32849dsf0324)

Would it also be beneficial for me to change this and include the title of the deal and/or the businesses name and/or the city/state? (Example http://www.mywebsite.com/joesbbq-che...os-angeles-la/)

Thanks!

I would say Yes to both...The more content there is around you site, the more SE traffic you can get to some of those inner pages. They should be "archived" if anything, but always left for Google to crawl and index. To go along with that, SEO optimized URL's are better as well. You can rank a little higher more easily with "/category-here/product-name-here" as opposed to "/2348239235/"

Yes, it will be wise to keep the deal which expired on "expired" section for google to crawl and index these pages.
Also, give names and details to the URL instead of numbers.

Well, the answer is obvious. The more Google can crawl, the higher ranking you have. Or stable at least.
