Please Help Me Squash A Local Competitor

It's been a while since I posted and I'm hoping for some help. Long story short, I have a brick and mortar computer repair business and one of my competitors is starting a lot of stuff offline. So I want to squish him online.

I'm trying to rank for the surrounding cities and of course for,most the terms people search for in regards to computer repair. I've also build mini sites like www.wyandottecomputers.com that aren't ranking at all (Wyandotte is a local city near me)
Does anyone have any advice or tips from looking at my site or anything to help with local seo?
