This is really surprising for me, many websites with the pure black hat still ranking, google update many algorithms like panda for duplicate content and keyword repetition, but I have seen website Jeena dot com like if you search this keyword

You can see two websites that all are using 200 to 300 multiple keywords in the title, this also rank, How this is possible could any body elaborate?

    Google algorithm is not a human it is programming unless and until this website are not recognized by google algorithm it will not be hit by any algorithm
