Software to check websites for new pages

I am looking for a way scan a competitors website once a week and alert me to any new pages they have added. An email report would be nice but not necessary. I thought surely something like this would exist but all my google searches are coming up with nothing. I am happy to pay for the software. Any ideas?

    Just use an RSS reader that will alert you when they post something new? I am on a Mac and I use the program "Leaf"

    Try mondovo.com - it has website audit comparison tool. Run website audit for your competitor and just put message saying "Schedule after 1 week" the tool will auto runs the audit for the same URL.

    Though there is no alert system as of now, but you can find out the newly added pages by downloading internal links data. Just check which pages has "Previous internal links" data has NULL

    How about doing a Google search for "check websites for new pages". There seems to be a few hits.

    I've once had a Mac app that did this, but I never found it that useful. Instead of constant monitoring I'd probably try to have one of the backlink checkers to do a monthly report on competitors. That would allow me to react soon enough.
