Yes, the OP is a newbie and wants to know how to drive traffic to his/her site. That does not make Paul rude or wrong. Newbie or not, the best thing to do first is to google your question and search for an answer on this forum.

everyone knows that high quality content will be the best way to increase traffic for your site, but i want to say that the excellent profile is also needed, be active regularlly, and interact with the people that you follow or followed, reblog the information that you find in others site

No, not everyone. I, for one, know the opposite. I know the opposite because I paid attention to the content on sites that are #1 in Google for searches I make. Some of them have downright crappy content.

I know that from having ranked a page where the whole content was the keyword and the title was the keyword too. Got to be #1 for a few weeks, stayed at #2 for months.

Yup, 6 words on the page and nothing else.

Content is king is a stupid phrase because it means nothing. Stop using it.

Well, Your contents must be interesting enough, do comments on relevant blogs. You can also edit the old blog which is related to your niche make some modification in it & post it again this will surely help you to increase traffic. Make your website mobile friendly & use analytics to track that traffic.

Very first pitch of mine
Bringing traffic is not an overnight action but continuous effort.

Ok now let's see what are some of the strategies you can use:

Publish content which people are looking for and willing to read. If you publish something which nobody cares, how would you get traffic in that post.

For direct traffic:

Send email to friends, family, colleagues about your website. Send email to subscribers (if you have) once in a week a newsletter about your blog posts.

For referral, targeted traffic:

Use social media. Join niche relevant Facebook groups/pages, Pinterest boards, Google+ communities. Start "socializing", provide values to the members by answering/helping/discussing things.

Don't spam with your links though.

And also don't always share only your stuff. Share others and mention them. By doing these you will build credibility and people would trust you and that in turn will bring visitor to your site.
Tweet about your content with specific hashtag.
Join relevant forums. Engage yourself answering/discussing niche/interest specific stuffs. Provide values and build up trust. You will definitely get visitors afterwards.
Build some quality backlinks from other niche specific blogs/sites. There are many ways to do that. You can do guest posting for example.
Use hashtag to notify influencers in case you mention, feature them in your blog. Chances are that they may share with their huge circle and you will get some sweet referral traffic.
