My site rankings is not okay in other Geo

Hi, i have a question i just created a content on my site and search it on my Geo google location that is google.com.ng and it ranked first but when i search the content on google.com it is far better than worse please shouldn't it be the same ranking for all countries and google.com in general
please any advice would be appreciated

    No, it shouldn't be the same for all countries.

    .ng is a smaller pond than google.com, so more competitors.

    You domain extension will determine the ranking. It is .ng. So naturally it will rank higher in that Geo location.
