There is no any SEO that can rank can to your site, the main thing is your strategy.
So, first analyze your competitors and then build a strong strategy and start working on it.

But if you ask me I personally use GSA SER and yes it works for me well.

GSA i hear is great for tier 2 and 3.

Does GSA come with decent links or do you have to get them?

Where can you get more sites to enter into GSA? I know in MS, it doesn't come with much.
