Index Spamming Issue

Hi Warrior!
One of my local site got a lot of index spamming (with out got hacked i assume). Originally my site has only 200 indexes purely from my content and categories, but yesterday I have checked my index in Google and it went to as high as 7,000.
I have checked my site and all the content, there was no new post from any hacking activity like i experienced before, so i think he might use some other way to do this.
This is how it works so far
my domain = mydomain.com
and what happened is there are many index as mydomain.com/some-random-link. My site and site map don't have these permalink before, and i barely know coding.
I think i might be able to fix this using Webmaster Tool?
But anyone can tell me how does it occur? Like what kind of method? How to solve them most effectively and prevent it in the future
