SEO company/freelancer recommendations please...

Short and sweet...

Just started a personal WP blog and need to hire someone for the SEO process and get all the rolling.

I have been filtering candidates on Upwork but would rather look at qualified freelancers or companies from a personal recommendation.

If you have or know someone who does great SEO work then please let me know.

Again this is a personal Blog and not some fortune 500 company site.

Thanks for any suggestions or referrals you have in advance!
