What would be the best way to submit a 300- 700 word article to several article directories for a client, if I myself am not registered with those directories?

You can use a SEO tool for submission.

You will be needing an article submission sites that is reputable like streetarticles.com and sooperarticles.com they are still accepting unique content as well as accepting new registrations for the new member. Unfortunately for the other reputable article submission sites like articlewheel.com and goarticles.com are not accepting anymore articles and closed for new registrations.

Registering with those directories, or asking your client for their credentials? I don't quite get the point of this question. If there's a required registration there's no tool that circumvents it. Well, not unless the tech on that site is total crap.

Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?
