If competition has better SEO (link profile + site structure), yes, they can take your content & outrank you on Google SERPs.

You can get a lawyer to send a C&D letter. Report it to Google - their index keeps track of things.

No & a lawyer would be a waste of money If the competition is hosted in Algeria.

You need to know if the article we copied paste we let it, will actually have an impact detriment to our site, the reputation of your site in the eyes of the search engines will worsen over time, it is because there of the article we were regarded as duplicate content and duplicate content is very hated by the search engines like google. consequently article we will be hard to find by the search engines so that blog traffic will decrease, and that we should not allow.

There are several alternatives that you can choose to overcome, first contact your competitor who commit acts of copy and paste, then ask him to remove the article proceeds copy and paste them, or if it does not try to offer to the user to change the title of the article, and then modify some of its contents and Do not forget to include a link to the original source, if the first alternative fails, we choose the second alternative, namely by submitting the copy-paste action to google DMCA Complaints that the site is dealt with firmly.

    Hope it is useful...

If you are in US and the site that copied your content is hosted in the US, file a DMCA takedown and it will be dealt with. If the site that copied your site is hosted outside the US there is a good chance you can't do a damn thing about it.

Many THANKS to you all who try to help me.

I will contact Google DCMA. I think that is the safest way. Do you have a link for that ?

    Thanks

    Hello,

    You can do two things,

    1) Follow this link to report to Google : https://support.google.com/legal/tro...r/1114905?rd=1

    2) Go to whois.domaintools.com , Find the host of your competitor.

And report to their host about the domain which copied content from your website.

They will take down that particular website in 2 or 3 days.

The second option is the quickest one.

It happened to one of my client and we reported to their host. That host got the site down in 24hrs.

When we contacted the website owner, the person never responded and ignored us completely.

Later he had to beg us to take back our complaint.

    Good luck.

    Cheers,
    Tarun
