    You can't do this fast. There are too many metrics involved and some of them are things like site age, inbound links, trust scores, and so on. SEO is a slow process. You cannot hurry it up. If you try any so-called tricks, you will likely get into serious trouble that will take you longer to get out of.You also need to define all your acronyms. You say that "DA" is "domain authority" but you never say what "PA" is.

      You too obviously have no clue what DA and PA is, so should not be trying to embarrass yourself by answering a question you know nothing about.

    Focus on that.

    DA and PA can easily be manipulated with spam. Programs like GSA and Senuke can boost these metrics up in no time. So I wouldn't trust DA at all.

      This is a good point. In my opinion DA and PA are good for quick stats on competing sites when spam is either not something you expect or when it doesn't matter.
