help, my site just lost all rankings

My site was ranked top 20 for several keyword phrases and I started using this auto-surf site for more traffic (not targeted), but I figured it might help with rankings. Anyway, I just checked today, and I'm not even ranked for any keyword except my site url. In yahoo, I'm ranked #1 for my main keyword phrase. I think it was the auto-surf site that messed everything up, maybe because of the bounce rate on a x number timer. What can I do to get my site back in the rankings?

    Well for a start discontinue the autosurf thing... looks like you have come a cropper

    I suggest you concentrate on good old solid SEO and traffic generation methods.

    penalize you because of the sites you are
    associated with.

    Just use techniques that are allowed by google and you'll be fine.

      I think that you should just use the authentic and no spam techniques to get ranked in Search Engines.

      The only thing I can assume about you losing all the rankings is that you probably were using some not good techniques to get yourself ranked and maybe a change is the search engine's algorithm got your site out of the top ranking.

      Now what you should do is build good content and get links .Just try to do everything clean plus don't trust on every article out there. Many times the articles tell you to do all kinds of stuff Search Engines don't like for example, using hidden text on your pages etc.

      Remember this, there is a process that Search Engines have created and only by following the process you can get ranked in search engines. There is no shortcut around it and even if you have found a loop hole in the search bot today and you have found a technique to get ranked high without going through the right process you will not have it work tomorrow because the search engines develop and the programmers keep on inventing new ways to sweep out the spammers.

    thanks guys, the site I was using is called autosurfpro. Never again will I use autosurfing sites.

    Also, since my site has been completely knocked off the rankings, is it possible to bring it back up to normal? or did google permanently penalize my site? I don't want to waste my time getting traffic to it if it's already penalized. Should I just use the same site, but different domains and target a different keyword phrase?
