Problem in my site

My site link is Clipping Path | Drop Shadow | Image Background Remove Service Provider. I am doing off-page SEO since 6 month and my activities are social posting like facebook, Google+, Twitter, Printerest, Stumbleupon etc, blog commenting, forum posting and commenting, article submission. But i can't understand why this site stable at 4th page (31st ) position. Please help me.

Can you please re-check your "On Page" things? I think there's problem in "On Page SEO".

  Also check its speed. Do not download too big images on it. Make its designs a mobile responsive, also take help of webmaster guidelines https://support.google.com/webmaster...er/35769?hl=en
  Write its inflammation rich content for users only not for search engines.

No doubt off page SEO is important to get good ranking in all search engines but you should need do correct On-page SEO on your website according to Google Webmaster guidelines. On-page SEO is our first priority than Off-Page SEO.
