I Need Help

Hey Guys,

I responded to an ad for SEO in my area and I met with the guy. I first figured it would be an eCommerce site or something of the sort and prepared a rough draft of how I would rank a products.

He said he loved my idea and we met and I started to learn about what he was doing. It turns out he is a company raising money for a major real estate development project in Texas.

I have no idea even where to begin. I am going to make a blog and I was going to create a news website relating to real estate investing. That's all I got so far. Can anyone please offer anymore ideas or help?

    I will brainstorm for you if you give some specific ideas.
    making a blog isn't that hard...you just get a domain, install wordpress and get thrivethemes
    then make good blog posts.
    all the seo tools are built in.
    If you give me some words and ideas as topics I will brainstorm for you right now.

      Thats all really. It's a tough going, right now I am reading tons of PDFs on investing, crowdfunding and other stuff....

    Sounds like you need to meet with this person and ask more questions. I read your post twice and I think to get what your are saying. A real estate investor site most likely won't be a blog site and more like a static page.

    Wow dude, that is super specific.

    Your client is looking for investors for a real estate development in Texas. Wow, who might be interested in such a thing? What keywords might be relevant?

    Man, the closest I can come up out of my head is something to do with retirement or asset management, which you'll need decent $$ to attack.

    Try too look for CPC for retirement keywords on adwords, and set geotargeting for texas only, see if there's any volume.
