      As per my knowledge,There is no way to rank unless and until one do the onpage changes like proper meta tags, keywords, description, title for all the pages of the website. For more details, refer, seo starter guide in pdf format from google

      I personally never trust a company that decorates their website with things like BBB seals when they are not members. It doesn't increase the trust factor but surely reduces it.

    It would really require at least SOME on-page optimization..I mean, at least have the keywords on there a FEW times, lol... Maybe if you had a bunch of top quality backlinks (like, best of the best) you could rank for whatever anchor text you're using on those links...

    Your on page content is the only thing that tells the search engine what your page is about. Without having relevant content you cannot expect a search engine to consider you for queries that you may wish to rank for.
