Hi all,
I am building a network of web 2.0 sites like pinterest, tumblr etc.

Now I am looking for a way to index them fast.

URLs look like:
https://www.pinterest.com/pin/123456789/

But all indexing tools I found only will submit "pinterest.com" instead of the deeplink. Any ideas how to index them?

Post some content with a link to whatever you want indexed on a site Google crawls often and fast...

Or, answer this question: What difference does it really make that something's indexed within the next 24 hours or within the next 8 days?

I really like your advanced that "answer what difference does it really make that something's indexed within the next 24 hours or within the next 8 days?"

If you need to do anything to get a backlink indexed, it was not worth having in the first place.

Why are you stressing over indexing nofollow links?

You will need to comment it manually across some niche relevant posts.
