    Install one of the popular SEO plugins. However, that's not going to help you much. If you're just going to "autopilot" your way around there's no reason for Google to even keep your site in their main index. You're just copying text from Amazon. Take a guess how much of a change you've got to rank for content that's published on a site such as Amazon.com?
