I just had a click today which was worth a good bottle of wine. Well, a decent bottle anyways. This was probably the highest click in over a year for me. Is this an indication that the economy is recovering? Anyone else showing better results recently?

very insightful point but maybe more evidences are needed to support it. The economy on the whole are quite sagging for us.

Apparently in the UK, which was suffering very badly with the credit crunch, has started recovery - house prices, a good economic indicator, started to increase again this month.

In the US, it was announced this week that unemployment rates are slowing down, and the dollar is strengthening against the Yen, meaning there's more confidence in the economy.

So I would say yes, it'll be a slow recovery but we're getting there

I dont think that adsense alone can indicate that the economy is recovering. Lets wait and watch. Its only one day that has gone in favor of your adsense, so we cant indicate anything on just a days result. Anyways if this is continuous and you get continuous good results with adsense then you could think of the economy to be improving, but then too adsense alone cannot justify this.
