Health related can be download and download can be related to health.

You're going about it the wrong way... It's not what niche is best for SEO... because they all can be SEO'd well; it's which niche can you, seo2ever make more money in.

And that depends on your likes and dislikes and your set of skills. So, you, and only you, can answer your question.

You don't like my answer, do what you should have done instead of starting this thread: search the forum and Google. Your question's been answered so many times, it would take a million people counting to a million to count them all.

I mean every single keyword has unique competition.

The niche is irrelevant for SEO. Even the auto insurance niche (example, don't get stuck on it) still has some longtail keywords with weak competition.

You ever heard the saying: don't judge a book by its cover? Same with SEO, research the [exact] keyword you're targeting & figure out competition strength. Roll your sleeves up, do the work.

You need to dig in deeper. Ask more questions. Collect data to answer those questions.

How do you plan to monetize each option? Which has more profit potential?

"Health" and "download" are not keywords. What keywords would you target for each? Google them. Install moz bar so you can see metrics. Which one has stronger sites ranking for those keywords?

What do you plan to write about? How passionate are you about each? To build a profitable site, you're going to spend a lot of time working on the content.Where are your passions? What can you write about all day and still stay excited?

I suggest you dig in way deeper before deciding. We can only help you to an extent -- it's a very vague question.

Both niches have competition, you now have to get the sub-niches and both niches can have easier competion sub-niches if you take your time in the kw digging.
