[QUOTE=yukon;10362131]Google Keyword Planner tool (free) will get you started.

When I sign into Adwords to use it, I'm forced to create an ad with their express tool. if I switch to Adwords I only see a limited number of keywords related to my domain (15-20). It doesn't have any place to enter "marijuana" for example and get every keyword for that.

      "Add around 15-20 keywords.
These are the search terms that may trigger your ad to appear next to search results."

SO Google does not provide a free one any longer, contrary to what yukon posted?
I tried keywordtool.io it only gives you 300 keywords.

Forget it. This was for some software I told them to fix their beta.

    later

If you can't figure out the free account you'll never figure out keyword research.

All I get is a wizard forcing me into buying a campaign. There is a ''keywords" list, about 15-20 of them. I can enter a keyword manually and it shows "more like this" when I hover over it, but it only pulls up 4 at a time.

EDIT: used a different Google account, now I have it
