Hi, if i make an article to put it on different web2.0 or a description for the links i put in the social bookmarking websites, how much backlinks should i make with that article or biography information, description of the bookmark etc. i mean every what amount of backlinks i should change my content to not leave a footprint?

or for example with a blog comment, how much times can i use the same comment?

i suppose that this will help me with the use of the tools like GSA , senuke, etc. and i could use those tools, by not reapeating the content so much, and changing it manually or with spinning software
