Hence the title Yukon "Some Good Links About Link Building For Newbies". Learning proper link building is knowing what not to do, plus these links act as proper foundations to the idea of link building. I am constantly telling people to research case studies.

Right but why would you give newbies bad information? So they waste time and learn what not to do the hard way? There's some people in this thread who are really eating this garbage up.

Edit: I would analyze the quicksprout link but right now all I have is this giant full-screen box to follow him on facebook and I can't close it or use the site. Learn from the pros!

Chapter 4: Usually a total waste of time.
Chapter 5: Debunked ages ago.
Chapter 6: Nobody wants to be in a relationship with any of affiliate sites or my pay day loan review site. good luck.

That is the exact point of reading those links. To come up with questions I titled it newbies for a reason. No newbie know's any of what you pointed out and won't take your opinion into consideration because they don't know what SEO is.

No one getting and has questions knows this

You're not showing them, you're telling them. Those articles are showing them. It is up to the newbie to research the strategy (case studies) and make sure it is still valid. What's the point of your argument? Other than you feeling that newbies shouldn't know what doesn't work and giving them their own freedom to come up with questions and ideas.

You're suggesting newbies pay for bad information? I think I just an epiphany. I'm doing this completely wrong. Instead of marketing legit companies who sell real services, I'll just create products filled with BS and get fat off the newbies.

Edit: my bad, apparently Neil realized his program was a borderline scam and is now giving the course away.

Be a company. If you're not incorporated, get incorporated.

Send them an email or contact form submission like this:

I can not believe that guy was suggesting that basically hitbotting the serp was a good idea. It took me a few days to wrap my head around how bad of an idea that actually is.

Google has probably the best hit bot detection software available on the planet.

The only thing that's cool about that site is the income reports. I just nab the URLs and reverse engineer their campaigns. Honestly seems like most of them are inflating their numbers pretty bad. Oh look, Jon Haver has a great guide on getting your site penalized. Yeah that guide is missing some pretty important stuff.
