turnkey website and offpage seo

hi, i am in the process of buying a turnkey or ready made website for me. The seller promised me that he will undertake all marketing effort with on page seo.

I just have to focus on of page seo and very little for me to do.

There is even refund provided if i do not earn.

Is this too good to be true?

Please let me know gurus!

    Sounds a bit too good to be true. Off-page is a huge part of this game. Why would the seller give that kind of guarantee when half of the success is in your hands?

      Then more link building.

      There are, of course, other marketing activities. You could place ads online and offline, you could build up your facebook or linkedin presence, you could... But SEO: build links, then build more links.
