What is my website missing?

I always like to take feedback from other seo people, and warriors. Please go to mobilehomesforsale.com, and let me know what you think my website is missing from purely a ranking stand point. If it was your site, what would you change/focus more on to get to the top of google....

I'm in in for the long haul, and I want to dominate, just need a little help from my warrior friends!

    maybe you can put in an option form to collect peoples name, email address, and phone numbers and you can contact them when a new home becomes available in their area.

    website looks nice and clean though. easy to navigate.

    The site layout is really good. Easy to follow and understand.

    The only thing I'm not a big fan of is the theme; in particular the gray background with the diagonal lines.

    Like I've already told you, that big US map isn't optimized for anything. It looks good but it's not helping with SEO.

    Optimize that map so it's HTML + CSS & move all those 50 state links in the footer to the map. If you can't see any map data/content in the text version of your webpage, it's not optimized. That way you have an optimized map & the links aren't making the footer look spammy.

    Awesome feedback guys! thanks for the advice... It actually helps me a lot just to hear outside perspectives from people.

    fernando -yes, im going to work on somehow syncing my website with salesforce, top producer, or some other crm program, so I can bulk email users, etc...

    john - thanks for tips, ya, im sure in the future I will work a lot more on looks. For now and the near future, it is what i have to work with =)

    yukon - yes, i am working on taking off the map, I actually changed it today, but changed it back to fix a few minor bugs first... so it will be done by the end of the week. Keep it coming, if you ever see anything on my site that you think you can improve on, id love to hear it.

          I looked at mobile homes for sale in Arkansas... No call to action, no mobile home. There's a long article, images of homes at the bottom... Shouldn't I be able to search for mobile homes for sale in Arkansas? If you have nothing, the search should return 0, but it should be available.

            Search for a mobile home in Texas & we'll have it moved to Arkansas.

    yes yes.... great points... i am still working as we speak on getting the properties to populate in the correct city and state.... This is my #1 priority right now... keep it coming though guys.....
