Hi Everyone ...

For one keyword, my website is out of 100 in Google SERP. But one classified post and one forum post which was posted by me is appeared in search result in Google on first and second page. Is it good or bad for my website ???

How I can recover this issue ???

The classified post and the forum post are ranking because of the Domain authority. I would not say it's bad or good for your site until you have done the right seo with no result for a couple of weeks.

PR is useless nowadays. its not a ranking factor anymore.

It's not made public. Nobody said it's not a ranking factor anymore. Where did you get that?

There's no such thing as vampires, werewolves, ghosts, and ranking factors.

It could potentially give you some insight, but it's more important to actually review the backlinks yourself. The links might be spam, on irrelevant pages, or irrelevant sites. All of these links will make all of the metrics; such as google PR and most of the SEO tools, moz/SR/majestic, seem higher. But again, there's no such thing as a ranking factor.

Other then page load time, if your server is a piece of garbage or your page takes a year to load, you missed the guide on improving your site's ranking that was published in 1995. This has more to do with the way the google crawler works and not the algorithm. But optimization here is not going to have the effect you think it is. I know there's guys who were on shared hosts who moved to dedicated IPs who were blown away by how much the "faster server" improved their ranks. In reality the site was previously on an IP that had some guys spamming links into it and every site on that IP was algorithmically penalized.
