Hello Mates, How are you doing? Hope fine!

Can you please take a look to my site and give a SEO review that- How can I improve my site?

I have used "All in One" SEO plugin to do on-page SEO. I have completed Google,Bing,Pinterest,Yandex submission.

Which thinks you guys will suggest me now?

What kinds of tasks needs to do for OFF-Page Seo?

    Your content is absolutely awful. I read one paragraph of one article and could not get past that. Hire someone that can actually write English. The content makes zero sense right now.

    Bury the About Us, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions in the footer. You are wasting good links by having them in the navigation.

    I could not get past that to look further. With the content you have right now, not only will the site be harder to rank, but it is doubtful that any sane user would spend more than 5 seconds on there.

    What Mike said. I'm not a native speaker, but I find that content way too frustrating to read.

    Apparently you're planning to incorporate some of the most brutally competitive health niches to the same blog. They're sort of related, but each one of them has authoritative sites competing for the top spots. I'm not quite sure what you can even do to get on top.

    Well, remove that adsense popup on your site. Adsense hates it and its agains their TOS. Try Placing adsense ads no more than 3 on a single page..
