Weird backlinks

I've checked my backlinks with the help of google webmasters, however ahrefs says that I have more suspicious backlinks irrelevant to my website. so I just typed in google search "my site and the word the ahrefs points". I received weird results. There is a bunch of sites that have a link to my site, which redirects to another site.
it looks like this: http://mysite.com/redirect.php?url=h...lewebsites.com
Has anyone any idea what that is? Should I worry?

    It looks like somebody did "SEO work" on your site. It's hard to say if that caused damage (I'm doubtful.) But I doubt it helped much either. Most of the pages that are linking to you are just redirect scripts that's completely orphaned. So even though they're followed they're doing nothing.

    Edit: looks like it really helped your alexa rank LOL.

    Also, you edited the anchor of the link in your post but not the link itself.

    I assume your site has something to do with owls (I won't quote it in case you want to edit it.)

      I wonder whether I should disavow such links while google webmaster doesn't show them
      Some say, disavowing is not a good thing..

        I've used disavow tool two three times, when someone seemed they were trying to do harm to my site. Remember it's not just for webmasters who tried black hat seo to get good rankings but for webmasters to protect their site from negative seo attacks by competitors. If i need to use it again i will.

        Disavow likely only matters if the site is being manually reviewed by google. There's some discussion here about what it actually does, but I would reserve it for links that are completely unwanted, like adult media, torrent sites, sites with virus's on them, or other stuff like that.

        I've heard it basically turns a followed link into a nofollowed link, but then there's people saying they tested it and it doesn't even do that.

    Disawoing isnt bad but you should only disavow the links that are doing harm.
