I want to buy a domain but that's containing "blackhat"

Hello dear members, I have got a good domain but that domain is containing "Blackhat" word. Seller can sell the domain for $50 but I am confused to buy that domain as I provide only white hat services. Also I am not sure if he could really transfer me the domain after the payment as I never met him face to face. What should I do?

    If you provide only white hat services, then a domain that contains the word "blackhat" isn't for you.

    Wouldn't it be misleading to sell a white hat service on a blackhat website?
