    Its possible but in short time only because Google is more into interesting information from the website so that they can deliver it to the target users.

      I've actually done this numerous times, but only lasts for a few hours and during the Google dance your website will hop near the top of the serps depending on the Titles and Description of the page and other factors.

      You will rarely ever see this hold unless the domain was previously owned and has some high authority.

        pages.

        It's not due to the best, worst, smallest, biggest, zero content.

        If you truly mean a page with no content, like a blank page, ask
        yourself some nonsense questions with that crapola.

        If you want to get a blank page and search for one, how is
        google going to serve one up?

        If you think people are searching for something to answer
        their wants with, why would google serve a blank page?

        If you search for pages with zero content, you are insane.

        Content comes in all sizes and flavors. But there has to be
        something there to rank. Unless, of course, you are an
        idiot looking for nonexistent pages.

        The real internet world is not like that.

        So go ahead. Put nothing but a blank page for the index on something like

        whyamiamoronwebmaster.com

        You will probably rank #1, if you get indexed, for
        "WhyAmIaMoronWebmaster.com" zero content.

    The OP is obviously spam but it's possible to rank a page without content or even a page that includes iframe content indexed on the SERPs. Keep in mind most folks around here assume content means only articles, which is silly on it's own.
