What makes a scraped url list good

I hear people always mentioning the word 'a good list'. I want to knoe know what actually do they mean by a good scraped list and how can I scrape a good list.
At the moment I use gscraper to scrape my urls using custom footprints and then import target urls to gsa.
From what I know my importrd urls in gsa cant be recognized because of unknown engine type of most sites. Even though I use all the platforms in gsa.
Does this have something to do with the foortprints I use? Because I have a really big list of footprints I found on the internet which people claim was very helpful to them.
